Personality:He is a bit rebellious doesn't seem to care about paper work and hates annoying people although he has alot of raw talent and power he is under confident. He has a tendency to day dream and dows off because of this he seems to be weak and is layed back.
When he is in a fight his layed back lazy attention changes to energetic, unpredictable this can be a surprise to someone who hasn't seen him fight before. He dosen't want to become a captain although he could become one he never tells anyone his reason thought.

History:
He died at the age of five so he does not remeber anything a shinigami had to explain that he was dead after he wnt to the soul society. He shinigami took him in as his adopted son when Haruo reached the age of seven his father taght him how to use a sword.
After three years he enterd the shinigaim academy and graduated after four years. He fought a captian to see how strong he was he gaained his shikai during the fight but he still lost after that he gained his under confidens.
After his defate he started trainig like mad he learned how to use his shikai properly and how to use it's ability. But no matter how much he trained he couldn't shake off the felling he wasn't strong enought. He started to become layed back tryin to relax and changed his uniform a little which got him in trouble.
